Refund Policy

1. Perishable Goods Policy

All seafood supplied by EM Supplies Direct is perishable and must be stored correctly upon receipt. As such, we cannot accept returns unless required by law.

2. Reporting Issues

You must report any issues:

  • Immediately upon delivery, and

  • Within 3 hours maximum

Reports must include:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Order number and delivery details

  • Description of the issue

Late reports cannot be accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Refunds & Replacements

A refund or replacement may be issued if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • The product is unsafe or not of acceptable quality

  • The incorrect item was delivered

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Failure to store products correctly

  • Change of mind

  • Complaints made outside the 3-hour window

  • Variations in size, weight, or natural appearance
