We operate within the United Kingdom and supply both business customers (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C).
2. Products

We supply fresh and frozen seafood including pre-order items.

All products are subject to availability.

Natural weight variations may occur, and final invoiced weight may differ slightly from estimated weights.

3. Ordering

Orders may be placed via our website, telephone, or direct communication.

Pre-orders are accepted, and availability dates will be confirmed.

An order confirmation will be issued once your order has been received.
4. Order Amendments & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before delivery.

After this time, orders cannot be changed due to the perishable nature of seafood.

We may cancel orders in case of supply issues or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in GBP and may change without notice.

Payment must be received before delivery unless B2B credit terms apply.

B2B 30-day invoicing terms may be offered after credit approval.

Late payments may incur statutory interest under UK law.
6. Delivery

Delivery is available with a minimum order value of £100.

Delivery areas are specified on our website or agreed at ordering.

Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

If no one is available, the order may be:

Left in a safe place (driver discretion), or

Returned, in which case re-delivery fees may apply.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds & Quality Issues

No returns are accepted due to the perishable nature of seafood.

Any issues must be reported immediately and within 3 hours of delivery.

Reports must include photographs and a description.

Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of quality or safety issues.
8. Liability

We are not liable for deterioration caused by:

Improper storage

Delayed refrigeration/freezing

Mishandling after delivery

Liability is limited to the value of the ordered goods.
